Al Jazzera English: Hospitals in Hong Kong hit 90% capacity as COVID-19 cases surge

Hong Kong is postponing picking a new leader as the city battles a surge in COVID-19 infections. Chief Executive Carrie Lam confirmed the election, scheduled for March, will now take place in May. She also said authorities are planning to roll out mandatory, citywide testing.
